秩父で食事というと『野さか』が定番の私ですが、今回はこれまた秩父名物の『わらじカツ丼』を食べに一番有名な『安田屋』に行きました。
When it comes to meals in Chichibu, Nosaka is a classic me, but this time I went to Yasudaya, the most famous place to eat Chicbu’s specialty, “Waraji Katsudon.”

安田屋は小鹿野が本店で口コミ評価も高いのですが、営業時間が11：00頃～13：30、17：00～18：00とかなり短い為、11：30～16：30までやっている秩父市街地の日野田店に行きました。
Yasudaya Ogano has a high word-of-mouth reputation in the main store, but since the business hours are quite short, from 11:00 to 13:30, 17:00 to 18:00, it is done from 11:30 to 16:30 I went to Hinoda store in Chichibu city area.
上野村の方にドライブした後だったので14：00頃に着きました。流石に雨も降っているしこの時間『野さか』は15：00までの営業という事もあってかは駐車場も空いていて並んでいる人も居ませんでしたが、安田屋には傘をさして並んでいる人が(;´∀｀)。

西武秩父駅方面から野さかの前を通過し、踏切を渡ると右手に安田屋日野田店は有ります。
Passing in front of Nosaka from Seibu Chichibu Station, cross the railroad crossing and you will find Yasudaya Hinoda on your right.

予想よりも駐車場の台数は多かったです。繁忙時に足りるかは分かりませんが。

前に3名のグループが並んでいましたが、一人だった私が先にカウンターに通されました。
店内は6人掛けのカウンターと4人掛けの炬燵が2台のみ(^^;)。こりゃ混むわけです。
There was a group of three people before, but I was alone and went to the counter first.
There are only two counters for six and four kotatsu for four (^^;). It is crowded.
厨房の中には男女1人ずつ、ホール業務は外国人らしき女性一人。
There is one man and one man in the kitchen and one woman who seems to be a foreigner in the hall business.
カウンターに座ると『注文は？1枚？2枚？』と聞かれて『2枚。』と答えました。
When you sit at the counter, you’ll see, 1 sheet? 2 sheets? “I was asked” 2 pieces. ].
安田屋お持ち帰りメニュー
メニューはわらじカツ丼2枚乗せか1枚乗せのみの様です。10月に消費税10％に上がってからも店内飲食でも金額を据え置いたようです。
The menu is like having two strawberries or one bowl. It seems that even after the consumption tax rose to 10% in October, the amount of food and drink in the store remained unchanged.
店内は8割方若い人です。
もう何年にもなりますが、秩父はアニメの舞台になってからアニメの聖地となっていますね。
それと西武秩父駅から近くはないですが、歩いてこれる距離なので車が無くても来ることが出来ます。
The restaurant is 80% younger.
For many years now, Chichibu has been a sacred place for anime since it became the stage of animation.
And it is not near from Seibu-Chichibu station, but it is a walking distance so you can come without a car.

カウンターには私の他に受験を終えたと思しき女子高生4人組が座っていました。
At the counter there were four other high school girls who seemed to have finished the exam, in addition to me.

最初にお新香が手渡され、そんなに待たずにわらじカツ丼2枚乗せが提供され、直ぐに味噌汁が手渡されました。
At first, Saka was handed, and without having to wait that much, two strawberries katsudon were served and miso soup was handed immediately.

隣の女子高生グループの方が随分先に座っていたようでしたが、ほぼ同時に提供されたので驚きました(^^;)。私は余程お腹を空かせた顔でもしていたのでしょうか(笑)。

女子高生は1枚乗せを頼んでいたようで、1枚乗せはカツが包丁で切られていましたが、2枚乗せは大きな薄めのカツが2枚重ねて乗せてあり、どうやってご飯を食べようか考えてしまいました(^^ゞ。
The high school girl seemed to be asking for one, the one was cut with a kitchen knife, but the two was piled with two large thin cutlets and how to eat rice I thought (^^ ゞ.

カツですが想像していたほど薄くはなく、そこそこの厚みが有りました。
そしてロース肉は脂身がなくてヘルシーな感じでした(*´▽｀*)。
It was a cutlet, but it was not as thin as I had imagined, and there was a certain thickness.
And the loin was healthy without fat (* ‘▽ ｀ *).
それでいてパサパサした感じが無いのは『タレ』が良く滲みていて美味しかったからだと思います(*^。^*)。
However, I think that the reason why there is no crisp feeling is that the sauce is well spread and delicious (* ^. ^ *).
この『タレ』がなかなか真似の出来ない美味しさの秘密なのだろうと思います(^^♪。
