混浴温泉　Mixed bathing hot spring

YouTubeにしろブログにしろ、温泉カテゴリーの上位には『混浴』を取り扱った物も多いですね。

Whether you’re on YouTube or a blog, there are many hot spring categories that deal mainly with mixed bathing.

別にそれ自体悪いとは思いませんが、興味本位な観点ではなく湯の良さについて書いてみたいと思います。

I don’t think it’s bad in itself, but I’d like to write about the goodness of the hot water, not the point of interest.

 

私が入った混浴温泉を上げていきます。

『岩手県』

『須川温泉』

“Sukawa Onsen”

中学生の頃に入ったので写真は有りませんが、男女別の内湯が奥の方で繋がっている作りだったように記憶しています。

湯は強酸性で顔を洗うと眼が開けられない程でした。勿論湯に手が加えられていない掛け流しの良泉で、湯量が多く温水プールも有ったと記憶しています。

I didn’t have any photos because I was in junior high school, but I remember that the gender-separated indoor baths were connected in the back.

The hot water was so acidic that I could not open my eyes when I washed my face. Of course, the hot springs have not been modified, and I remember that there were many hot water pools.

『姥湯温泉』

“Ubayu Onsen”

 

混浴露天風呂からの眺望が素晴らしいです。女性専用の露天風呂も有りますが混浴からの間近に迫る山の眺望が素晴らしいのと、乳白色の湯の為女性も割と多いです。

The view from the mixed bathing outdoor bath is wonderful. There is an open-air bath exclusively for women, but there are many women because of the wonderful view of the mountains approaching from the mixed bath and the milky white water.

『滑川温泉』

“Namekawa Onsen”

姥湯温泉の数キロ手前にあります。姥湯の陰に隠れて地味な印象ですが湯の質は高く、湯治客の多い名湯です。

A few kilometers before Ubayu Onsen. It is a soothing impression hidden behind Ubayu, but the quality of the hot water is high and it is a famous hot spring with many hot spring guests.

『木賊温泉岩風呂』

“Tokusa hot spring rock bath”

昨年の台風19号で湯小屋が流され、復活したのもつかの間1月29日の雨で水没してしまいました。再開が待たれるところです。

The bathhouse was washed away by typhoon 19 last year, and was flooded by the rain on January 29 during the resurrection. This is where the resumption is awaited.

湯船の底から湧出する単純硫黄泉は緑がかっており、時間が経つと白濁してきます。

The simple sulfur spring that springs from the bottom of the bath is greenish and becomes cloudy over time.

 

『湯野上温泉河原の露天風呂』

“Open-air bath at Yunokami Onsen Kawara”

大川沿いに有ったコンクリートの四角い浴槽に源泉がドバドバ掛け流されていました。すぐ上を会津鉄道が走っていました。

The source was flowing in a concrete square bathtub along the Okawa river. The Aizu Railway was running right above.

『塩原元湯　大出館』

女性専用露天風呂も有りますが混浴浴槽に入るカップルもいました。露天風呂は美しい緑の濁り湯で硫黄の香りも強いです。

There is an open-air bath for women only, but some couples enter a mixed bathtub. The open-air bath is a beautiful green turbid water with a strong scent of sulfur.

 

『塩原新湯　寺の湯』

 

”Shibara Arayu Tera no Yu ”

日塩道路から見えるところに建つ湯小屋で缶に300円入れて入ります。酸性の含硫黄アルミニウム泉ですぐ裏の爆裂口付近から湧出しています。

近くには男女別浴の『むじなの湯』『中の湯』も有ります。

Put 300 yen in a can in a hot spring hut that can be seen from Nichien Road. It is an acidic sulfur-containing aluminum spring that springs out from the vicinity of the back of the explosion.

There are gender-separated baths “Mujina no Yu” and “Naka no Yu” nearby.

 

 

『塩原福渡温泉　岩の湯』

崖崩れの為現在入浴不可です。

Bathing is currently not possible due to the collapse of the cliff.

足元湧出の素晴らしい塩化物泉が掛け流されており非常にもったいない気がします。再開が待たれます。

I feel very wasteful because the wonderful chloride spring at the foot spring is flowing around. Waiting for resumption.

『不動の湯』

“Fudonoyu”

岩の湯の奥にある露天風呂ですがAV撮影が行われたため一時閉鎖になり、現在は土日限定で監視員付きにて営業しているようです。

Although it is an open-air bath in the back of Iwa-no-Yu, it was temporarily closed due to AV shooting, and it seems that it is currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays with a guard.

『加仁湯』

滞在中、客が私一人だった為混浴の露天風呂を混浴と意識することなく入りましたが、確かに混浴の露天風呂が有りました（笑）。

真っ白な硫黄泉で、途中から徒歩で行った秘湯中の秘湯でした。

During the stay, the guest was alone, so I entered the mixed bathing outdoor bath without thinking that it was a mixed bath, but there was certainly a mixed bathing outdoor bath (laugh).

It was a pure white sulfur spring.

 

『川治温泉薬師の湯（旧）』

“Kawaji Onsen Yakushi no Yu (old)”

現在使われている薬師の湯は男女別浴ですが、川沿いの露天風呂は混浴でした。川の対岸から丸見えの立地ですが、アルカリ性の温めの単純泉は長く浸かると体の内側から元気になるのを感じる事が出来ました。

The Yakushi-no-Yu baths currently used are separate baths for men and women, but the open-air baths along the river were mixed baths. Although it is in a location with full view from the opposite bank of the river, the warm alkaline simple spring was able to be felt from the inside of the body after a long soak.

『川原湯温泉聖天様露天風呂』

” Kawara-yu Onsen-Syoutensama open-air bath ”

八ッ場ダム建設で閉鎖されましたが源泉から直接露天風呂に注がれて掛け流されていました。

硫黄の香り漂う良い湯で100円という安さでした。

It was closed due to the construction of the Yamba Dam, but it was poured directly into the open-air bath from the source and was being washed away.

It was as cheap as 100 yen in a good hot water with a scent of sulfur.

 

『尻焼温泉　川湯』

混浴も何も川なので（笑）。

Mixed bathing and nothing natural
Because it’s a river (laughs).

 

『大塚温泉　金井旅館』

新館の内湯は男女別ですが、旧館の風呂と新館の露天は混浴です。

33度のぬる湯が勢いよく掛け流され、特に夏は賑わいます。

 

The indoor bath of the new building is gender-separated, but the bath of the old building and the open-air bath of the new building are mixed baths.

The 33 ° C lukewarm water is flowing vigorously, especially in summer.

 

 

『万座温泉　湯の花旅館』

名物のサルノコシカケ風呂は男女別ですが、露天風呂は混浴です。

The famous Sarno Koshikake bath is gender-specific, but the open-air bath is a mixed bath.

 

『法師温泉　長寿館』

女性専用の浴場も有りますが、昔JRのフルムーンのCMで使われた混浴の大浴場が人気です。

湯の投入量により入る場所によって温度が違います。

There are also women-only baths, but the large mixed baths used in the JR Full Moon commercials in the past are popular.

The temperature differs depending on where you enter the hot water.

 

『川古温泉　浜屋旅館』

’’ Kawafuru Onsen @ Hamaya Ryokan ”

内湯は男女別ですが露天は混浴で湯あみ着着用可です。

ぬる湯で湯治客が多く、かなり長い時間浸かっている人が多いようです。

The indoor bath is gender-specific, but the open-air bath can be worn in a mixed bath.

There are many hot water treatment guests with lukewarm water, and many people have been immersed for quite a long time.

 

『四万温泉　山口露天風呂』

”Shima Onsen Yamaguchi open-air bath ”

 

無料で源泉掛け流しの良泉に入れた有り難い存在でしたが、風紀上の問題とかで閉鎖されてしましました。

非常に残念です。

It was a thank you for putting in the free flowing hot spring, but it was closed down due to ethical issues.

It is very disappointing.

大きな池の様な露天風呂は外国人も多く、タオル巻きで入浴している人が多いです。

There are many foreigners who have open-air baths like a large pond, and many people take baths with towels.

『松川渓谷温泉　滝の湯』

露天風呂は長野県下最大級の大きさで、混浴です。

The open-air bath is the largest in Nagano Prefecture and is a mixed bath.

 

 

『まとめ』

私が入浴した事の有る混浴を列挙いたしましたが全て源泉掛け流し消毒なしです。

温度調節の関係で一部加温ありの浴槽も有りますが全てまじりっけ無しの素晴らしいお湯です。

混浴は『良い湯を男女分け隔てなくシェアする風呂』と考えても良いのかも知れませんね。

 

I have listed the mixed baths that I have bathed in, but they are all disinfected without flowing from the source.

There is a bath with some heating due to temperature control, but it is all wonderful hot water without any fuss.

It may be good to think of mixed bathing as “sharing good hot water without separating men and women.”
